Two years inside enterprise delivery at Deloitte USI, where I replaced hand-built PMO reporting across 12 process groups with Smartsheet and Power Automate flows (about 90% now generates itself) and governed 180+ application migrations to AWS and Azure. At Qalakaar alongside, I owned the roadmap and backlog for an artist and event platform and ran 300+ live shows to about INR 30 Lakhs in revenue.

A 53-check security audit plugin for Claude Code across nine domains. Reports only what it can prove: every finding needs a sink and a source, or it is marked needs-human-check. Read-only until a fix is approved.
One subagent per domain so the 62 KB catalog never sits in the main context (about 227 tokens always-on). CI regenerates diagrams and fails on drift.

Deloitte USI
- Replaced hand-built PMO reports with Smartsheet automations and Power Automate flows, so about 90% of reporting across the 12 process groups now generates itself.
- Coordinate 180+ non-ERP applications through 5 deployment waves with 80+ stakeholders; built the executive dashboards that track delivery health, risk exposure and KPIs for programs spanning 800+ practitioners.
- Run the governance gates for AWS and Azure migrations: Design Review Boards, cyber assessments, change-management sign-offs and deployment-readiness reviews. Structured RAID reviews cut issue resolution time by 40%.
- Manage cutover, hypercare and transition for 180+ applications; automated tracking and a fixed stakeholder cadence kept approvals above 95% and removed deployment delays.
Celebal Technologies
- Built an air-quality prediction model on 25K+ records and a multi-label toxic-comment classifier on 150K+ social comments; served both as Flask APIs, working in a 6-person team through data wrangling, modelling, evaluation and deployment.
Qalakaar
Qalakaar programmes independent artists into hotel and premium F&B rooms and runs the shows as a system, not one-off events. Building toward an AI-native operating system for live events: artist profiles, vendors, operations (Quest), brands, events, records.
- Ran the live-music operation end to end: 300+ shows across 6 luxury hotels with 50+ artists, about INR 30 Lakhs in revenue and INR 15 Lakhs+ paid straight to artists, with zero cancellations.
- Owned the product roadmap and backlog for Qalakaar Quest, the operations product for a show (artist onboarding, scheduling, payments, execution), and designed the product; ran sprint planning, prioritisation and release coordination with engineering.
- Mapped India's 4 and 5 star hotel universe into a pipeline of 120+ qualified venues (about 20 warm), signed the first annual contract, and defined the OKRs, workflows and reporting the shows run on.
- Designed and shipped artist.qalakaar.com, a free live-music profile an artist builds in minutes and owns at one link; 50+ artists live. Wrote the design system it shares with Quest.
- Designed and launched wear.qalakaar.com, a Shopify merch line (Oct 2024 to Jan 2025), then shut it down on purpose to focus on the artist supply problem.
Youth India Foundation
- Led a 30-person team to run two statewide non-profit cultural shows, one of Odisha's first hybrid live shows after COVID, on zero budget: got about INR 3 Lakhs of venue and services from a five-star hotel at no cost, and sponsorship doubled at the next event.
